GDACS is a cooperation framework between the United Nations, the European Commission and disaster managers worldwide to improve awareness, information exchange and coordination in the first phase after major sudden-onset disasters.

France: threshold level 2/3 for region Territoire Vilaine-Cotiers Bretons
Poland: threshold level 2/3 for Notec river.
Portugal: threshold level 1/2 for region Sado and threshold level 2/2 for regions Lima, Douro, Tejo and Mondego.
Spain: threshold level 2/3 for 1 station in Malaga region, 3/3 for 2 stations in Cádiz region, threshold level 3/3 for 6 stations on Guadalquivir river (Sevilla, Córdoba, Jaén and Granada regions). Threshold level 3/3 for 2 stations and 2/3 for 9 stations in the Duero basin. Threshold level 2/3 for 1 stations in the Miño-sil basin.
United Kingdom: warning level 2/3 for 99 locations in England and 2 locations in Scotland.
