Cerro Largo Department, Uruguay, Early September 2023Flooding occurred in areas of Cerro Largo Department, Uruguay in early September 2023, affecting hundreds of families. Some evacuation were reported in mostly in Melo and in Rio Branco where the Yaguarón River broke its banks.
