La Libertad Department, Peru, February to March 2023INDECI in Peru reported the Chaman River flooded areas of the district of Pacanga, province of Chepén in La Libertad Department, Peru, on 22 February 2023. Intense rainfall during the afternoon of 09 March caused further flooding in the districts of Chepén and Pueblo Nuevo. A total of 143 people were affected and 34 homes were damaged, along with some urban roads, mostly in Pueblo Nuevo. INDECi also reported areas of Pataz, Pacasmayo, Santiago de Chuco and Sánchez Carrión Provinces affected.Mon 13 Mar 2023FloodList provided by Copernicus GLOFAS
