Central Highlands Region, Queensland, Australia, Mid-March 2021Heavy rain triggered flooding in parts of the Central Highlands Region of Queensland, north-eastern Australia from 16 March 2021, with some evacuations reported in Sapphire in The Gemfields. Roads in the area were also closed.
