tropical storm force winds are possible for these and any nearby
or neighboring islands. A Tropical Storm Watch means that
tropical storm conditions, including winds of 39 to 73 mph, are
possible within 48 hours. Residents of Guam, Rota, Tinian,

expected to make a turn toward the northwest with an increase in
forward speed through Thursday.

Maximum sustained winds have increased to 40 mph. Saudel is forecast
to intensify through Thursday.

Tropical storm force winds extend outward from the center up to
90 miles to the south and up to 45 miles to the north.

the Far Northern Mariana Islands as a dangerous category 3 or 4
typhoon.

through Sunday, likely becoming a tropical storm later this evening.

to Tropical Depression 17W passing through the far northern Mariana
Islands Saturday evening as a dangerous category 3 or 4 typhoon.
