Philippines, Mid-February 2023A low-pressure area brought severe weather including heavy rain to parts of the Philippines from 13 February 2023. As of 20 February, NDRRMC reported 91,748 affected, 32,764 people displaced and 2 fatalities (1 in Zamboanga Del Norte; 1 in Davao Oriental). 138 homes were damaged. Around 300 incidents of flooding and over 20 landslides were reported, mostly in the provinces of Albay, Camarines Sur, Capiz, Negros Occidental, Zamboanga Del Norte, Davao Oriental, South Cotabato, Cotabato, Agusan Del Sur, Agusan Del Norte and Butuan City.Mon 20 Feb 2023FloodList provided by Copernicus GloFAS
