Negros Occidental, Philippines, February 2021Flooding displaced around 300 people in Talisay City, Negros Occidental, Philippines, from 07 February. Flooding soon subsided, although further heavy rainfall is likely to be brought by an area of low pressure in the region. PAGASA said "rains from the trough of low-pressure area (LPA) east of Mindanao may trigger flooding and landslide there, the Visayas and Region V (Bicol)."
