Philippines, October 2020Over 800 people were displaced by flooding in the province of Cebu in the region of Central Visayas, Philippines after heavy rain on 04 October 2020. Heavy rain from 08 October caused flooding in Lucena City, Quezon province, prompting the evacuation of 225 families.
