Pago Pago, AMERICAN SAMOA — Schools are scheduled to reopen today, businesses will be back in full operation as well as normal government operations, after two back-to-back storms caused disruption on island, which first began, Feb. 16th with damaging winds from a monsoon trough — that continues to linger to the north.

Pago Pago, AMERICAN SAMOA — Even though the Tropical Storm Warning has been downgraded to a Wind Advisory, expect breezy conditions through tonight. However, damaging winds will remain south of American Samoa and will not impact the territory. **Tropical Storm Wasi is no longer a threat to American Samoa.

Vicky is no longer a Cyclone and has been replaced by another storm in the same area - Tropical Cyclone WASI.
