Heavy equipment for clean-up and rebuilding on the way. APIA, Samoa (Samoa Observer, Oct. 27, 2009) - An Australian Navy ship, HMAS Tobruk, is heading to Samoa. It departs Sydney today loaded with a range of goods, equipment and relief aid to support Samoa and Tonga following the tsunami that devastated the region on 29 September.
