At 100 AM CHST...1500 UTC...the center of Tropical Depression 03W

was located near Latitude 13.1 North and Longitude 135.3 East.

Tropical Depression 03W is moving toward the west-northwest at 5

mph. It is expected to make a slight turn toward the northwest

with a slight increase in forward speed over the next 24 hours.



Maximum sustained winds remain at 35 mph. Tropical Depression 03W

is forecast to intensify through Thursday likely becoming a

tropical storm later this morning.
