Source: ICRC Country: World The 16th Tokyo Defense Forum (TDF) and its Open Seminar were held on March 15th and 16th in Tokyo organized by the Japanese Ministry of Defense. The ICRC was invited as one of a few international organizations to participate in both seminars.
