Mindanao, Philippines, May 2021Philippines Disaster Response Operations Monitoring and Information Center (DROMIC) reported that from 17 May Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) was affecting Mindanao. ADINet reported flooding incidents occurred in several barangays on the east coast of Zamboanga City, Zamboanga del Sur due to continuous heavy rains brought about by the ITCZ. As of 22 May 14,930 people were affected in 19 barangays in Regions IX (Zamboanga) and XII (Soccsksargen) and 635 people displaced, all in South Cotabato Province.Mon 24 May 2021FloodList provided by Copernicus GLOFAS
