Year's second typhoon not likely to hit Taiwan: CWB 5/23/2012 8:51:00 PM.

(ChinaPost.com.tw) - A new light typhoon was formed in area south of Guam but it will not affect Taiwan unless it changes its course when moving toward the sea south of Japan, according to the Central Weather Bureau (CWB).
