Seychelles, Early Decembers 2023News Agencies reported the President of Seychelles declared a state of emergency for 07 December, 2023 after an explosion in a warehouse and heavy rain caused floods in areas of Providence and the main island of Mahe. No details of flood damages were provided. All schools were closed and only essential workers were allowed to travel. Media later reported 2 people died in a massive landslide in Bel Ombre.
