Vietnam, Late September 2023ADINet reported flooding, landslides and strong winds in Quang Binh, Nghe An, Da Nang, Quang Tri, and Thua Thien Hue Provinces in Vietnam in late September 2023 as a result of Tropical Depression Thirteen. One person died in a lightning strike in Qu?ng Tr? province and 153 houses were damaged by strong winds (69 houses in Qu?ng Tr? and 84 houses in Th?a Thiên Hu?).
