È di almeno quattro dispersi il primo bilancio dell'onda anomala che ha colpito il 17 giugno 2017 (in Italia era l'1.39 del 18 giugno) la costa occidentale della Groenlandia, presumibilmente dopo un terremoto di magnitudo 3.9 che ha innescato una frana che è caduta in mare.
